I’m Monina Cott, a people data and reporting specialist helping HR teams and small organisations turn complex workforce data into clear, reliable insight. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Miami and a master’s in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations (CIPD Level 7) from the University of Manchester, which informs my approach to workforce analytics and leadership-ready reporting.I focus on building reports and dashboards that leaders can trust — no guesswork, no messy spreadsheets, just clarity. Do I need Power BI to work with you?
No. Most clients receive their dashboards as a leadership-ready PDF or PowerPoint pack. Live Power BI access can be arranged if required.
How long does a project take?
Most projects take between 1–3 weeks, depending on scope and data readiness.
Do you offer ongoing retainers?
I focus on one-off or short-term projects to keep delivery clear and efficient. Ongoing work can be discussed if there’s a defined need.
How do payments work?
Projects are fixed-price. Payment is taken upfront or split 50/50 depending on scope.
Can I start without a call?
Yes — most projects can be scoped with a written review. Calls are only arranged if needed.
